1. The service

CashGapAgent provides automated financial diagnostic reports generated from Sage 50 CSV export files that you upload. The service is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom.

2. What this service is not

CashGapAgent is not a regulated financial adviser, accountant, or auditor. The reports generated are diagnostic in nature — they highlight patterns, risks, and actions based on the data you provide. They are not financial advice, tax advice, or audit opinions.

You should always consult a qualified accountant or financial adviser before making significant business decisions based on any output from this service.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload. CashGapAgent analyses what you provide — if the input data is incorrect, the output will be too.
You must have the right to upload the data. By uploading files, you confirm that you are authorised to share this data (e.g. you are a business owner, director, or have been given permission by someone who is).
You must not upload data containing personal information about individuals beyond what is normally present in standard Sage 50 accounting reports (e.g. customer/supplier business names and transaction data).

4. Accuracy and limitations

CashGapAgent uses automated analysis to generate reports. While we take care to ensure accuracy:

Reports are generated from the data you provide and are only as accurate as that data.
The service may not correctly interpret non-standard Sage 50 configurations, custom chart of accounts, or unusual export formats.
Calculations are estimates based on the available data. They should be verified against your own records before taking action.

CashGapAgent is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that reports will be error-free or that the service will be available at all times.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashGapAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or decisions made based on the reports generated.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be £0 for the free tier).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Data handling

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In summary: your data stays on a UK server, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted within 90 days.

7. Intellectual property

The CashGapAgent name, website design, analysis frameworks, and software are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

The reports generated from your data are yours to use as you see fit.

8. Email communications

By providing your email address and agreeing to these terms, you consent to receiving emails from CashGapAgent about your reports and the service. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting hello@cashgapagent.co.uk.

9. Free and paid tiers

The free financial health check is provided at no cost with no obligation. Paid services (Weekly Intelligence, Profitability Deep Dive) are subject to separate agreements and pricing confirmed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or availability of any tier with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you are misusing it, uploading data you are not authorised to share, or violating these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
